Service Description
Individual 75/80 min session. Used for more time and/or disclosure preparation. NO REFUNDS. *Coach Steph's calendar is synced to another organizations calendar, causing a booking malfunction when times are displayed. Appointments are at the half hour or top of the hour. For example, if there is a slot showing at 4:20, our session will begin at 4:30. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY: You may cancel a session on your own up to 48 hours before your scheduled time using the link sent to you in your original confirmation email. Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice will be considered a used session and must be paid for because other clients were unable to schedule a session in the time slot you had booked. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, please contact me directly so I know you are unable to make the session. You are able to have this session rescheduled and need to be booked within 1 week to reschedule canceled appointments. In the event that a refund is needed, all would be refunded except the processing fees. Please Email Coach Stephanie Lynn to cancel with at least 48 hours notice. MISSED SESSIONS POLICY: After 10 min, Sessions that you have scheduled and do not show up for ("no-show") are non-refundable since that time slot was not available for other clients to book. These would be considered a no show and would not be able to be rescheduled or refunded. RESCHEDULING SESSIONS POLICY: You may reschedule a session on your own at any time - up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you have an emergency or personal illness, you can reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice by contacting me. If I need to reschedule a session with you, I will honor at least 24 hours' notice as well, barring an emergency or illness. Log into your member account. Go to member account (There is either a face outline on the phone or top right on the computer) on the Coachstephanielynn.com website. FREE ONE TIME SESSION POLICY: This is a one-time complimentary session. If you do not arrive after 10 minutes, this would be considered a no-show appointment. You would not be able to reschedule this. Please book a regular 65.00 session rate appointment. Thank you.
