Service Description
*FOR POTENTIAL CLIENTS ONLY PLEASE. *IF THIS APPOINTMENT IS MISSED, please schedule a full priced individual session. This is a one-time free 20-minute session. Please feel free to ask me any questions. We will talk how coaching can help. *You may see this message: "Payment details required You’ll be asked to add your payment details for this booking. You won’t be charged now, but we need it on file for any future charges for this order." The booking system makes potential clients enter card details, there will be no charges for this, whether you do or do not log in for this session. If you do not arrive to the free session, please schedule a paid session. You will not be charged for anything, thank you. *Coach Steph's calendar is synced to another organizations calendar, causing a booking malfunction when times are displayed. Appointments are at the half hour or top of the hour. For example, if there is a slot showing at 4:20, our session will begin at 4:30. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel a session on your own up to 48 hours before your scheduled time using the link sent in your original confirmation email. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be considered a used session and must be paid for, as this time slot was reserved and unavailable to other clients. However, you may reschedule the missed session, but it must be rebooked within one week of the original appointment. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, please contact me directly. REFUNDS: If a refund is required, all fees will be refunded except for processing fees. *To cancel a session within at 48 hours’ notice, please email Coach Stephanie Lynn. MISSED SESSIONS POLICY If you do not show up for a scheduled session within 10 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. As this time was reserved exclusively for you, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded. RESCHEDULING POLICY You may reschedule a session on your own up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you have an emergency or personal illness, you may reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice by contacting me directly. If I need to reschedule a session, I will provide at least 24 hours' notice, barring an emergency or illness. To reschedule, log into your member account on CoachStephanieLynn.com. (Click the face outline on mobile or the top right corner on a computer.) FREE ONE TIME SESSION POLICY: This is a one-time complimentary session. If you do not arrive within 10 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and cannot be rescheduled. To book another session, please schedule a regular $65 session. Thank you.
